The annual awards recognise the dedication of ADF reservists and the valued support they receive from their civilian employers. The Scheme provides reservists with up to $8000 in funding to undertake training and develop new skills beneficial to their civilian career.    A strong field of ADF Reserve applications were received for the 2022 Prince of Wales Awards, with each award granted on merit.
