Reservists and their civilian employers have been recognised across Australia for their outstanding contribution to the Australian Defence Force through the Prince of Wales Award scheme.

The annual awards recognise the dedication of ADF reservists and the valued support they receive from their civilian employers. The Scheme provides reservists with up to $8000 in funding to undertake training and develop new skills beneficial to their civilian career.

A strong field of ADF Reserve applications were received for the 2022 Prince of Wales Awards, with each award granted on merit.
